We carry the same objectives into our non-emergency efforts as we do the emergency response projects:

·        Utilize subcontractors that are the best fit for a given situation,

·        Work closely with the regulatory agencies so that common goals are established and unnecessary work is avoided,

·        Manage the project on your behalf and remove the burden of the day-to-day management.

CES began as a division of a traditional groundwater and soil remediation consulting firm during the 1980’s.  We developed our emergency response program over time, responding to thousands of incidents, and refining our system.  Today we are an independent environmental management company offering a wide range of services.

Our staff consists of degreed professionals with backgrounds ranging from engineering to environmental science to biology to land reclamation. 

Our staff members have successfully closed a variety of projects including: Underground storage tank removals, subsurface investigations including soil and groundwater sampling and plume delineations, enhanced bioremediation of petroleum contamination, source removal after hazardous materials spills, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Members of our staff are certified corrective action project managers in several states and we are constantly expanding our coverage and abilities.

CES strives to limit your costs by examining the options and choosing the most cost effective solution to your issue. In many cases, not only has our service paid for itself, but we have also reduced the total project costs significantly. 

Unlike some management services, we focus on controlling costs during the project through active management. We stay closely involved through the entire project, we pay the contractor fees so we have control over their actions, and we bundle it into one simple package for you.

For small projects we can work from our home office and save the expense of travel to the site.  For larger jobs, we can place a staff member on site to oversee the field activities and negotiate with regulators face to face.  Our program provides flexibility and allows us to address each spill individually to produce the best results at the lowest cost.
